Our design team have more than 20 engineers who have more than 10 years experienced in new products development . We pay more attention to details, especially the product preliminary analysis and  consideration each design details link,  According to  customers product design to make prototype and the finished productio  parts.

Our engineering staff in new product design and mold manufacturing technology has many years of technical experience; Dont have training regularly to learn advanced knowledge.

USES the advanced computer aided software: CAD, UG, CATIA, SolidWorks, PRO/E, PowerMill

Design engineer have a wealth of experience in complex and  precision molds  ,they can  judge the product future working proecssing and  comprehensive design level

We have  step file to control process design department, convenient in communication process and inspection, etc

2D mold assembly drawing will be completed in three or four working days and submit to the customer for approval

3D mold design, will be finished in  3-5 working days to complete and submit to the customer for approval

We have our  own unique design standard, in order to shorten the design cycle.
