We each step is  according to customers standard to detect  strictly, in order to achieve customer satisfaction, we invest advanced testing equipment and high technical personnel.

Quality responsibilities:

1. Mold steel dimension and hardness test;

2. Mold copper  size detection;

3. core and cavity mold , insert size detection;

4. Overall checking assembly before/after assembling the mold&dies;

5. Sample testing report;

6. Send final mold before final inspection;

7. Check the packing of mold
